The "Birdwood"
The Birdwood is my favorite design to date, showcasing a modern contemporary aesthetic. It features James Hardie Scyon Cladding on the front and left sides, providing a sleek and sophisticated look, while our standard corrugated iron on the other two sides adds a touch of classic charm and durability. This blend of materials not only enhances its visual appeal but also ensures a robust and functional exterior. With its stylish design and versatile layout, the Birdwood is perfect for use as a guest bedroom or a rumpus room.
The "Rostrevor"
The Rostrevor stands out as an elegant and upscale design, offering the option of a luxurious Tasmanian oak frontage. With its thoughtful layout, it provides ample space for a small W/C and a walk-in robe, making it perfect for a sophisticated guest bedroom or a stylish rumpus room. This design is not only approved as a fully habitable room but also features premium soundproofing throughout for ultimate privacy and comfort. To further enhance its practicality, a compact caravan toilet was installed, eliminating the need for extensive plumbing and adding a touch of resourceful design flair.
The "Onkaparinga"
The Onkaparinga is a no-nonsense yet durable studio, designed with simplicity and functionality in mind. Slightly larger than a typical master bedroom, it offers an ideal retreat for teenagers or a versatile space for various uses.
For added convenience, it’s available in a streamlined, smaller version that bypasses council approval, allowing for a swift setup. In just two weeks, you could have a fully functional space ready for use, making the Onkaparinga both practical and efficient.

Our Flagship studio, the 4.0 is a simple design, just slightly larger than the average bedroom (Queen size bed for reference). It has basic features like a single entry door with entrance lock set and a single medium size (approximately 1200mm x 900mm) window.

The second smallest in the studio range is the Valley View This is also a basic construction as standard. It is slightly larger than a master bedroom, and has basic features like a single entry door with entrance lock set and a single medium size (approximately 1200mm x 900mm) window.

The "Rostrevor" - 6.5m x 3.5m
Stepping up in size to more of a rumpus room, the Rostrevor is big enough to install a small ensuite if desired. Although a basic one room construction is standard, there is enough room in this build to have a partition wall installed for a small kitchen or walk in robe also. It is the size of a decent lounge room, and the basic features include a glass sliding door and up to two medium size (approximately 1200mm x 900mm) window.
